International Behavior Therapist (IBT®)
The International Behavior Therapist (IBT®) is a professional who is dedicated to offering ethical and personalized support to individuals with special needs and works under supervision of an IBA. This role entails providing one-on-one services to help these individuals develop and enhance their behavioral skills. To qualify for this position, one must complete a comprehensive training program, which includes 40 hours of coursework and 300 hours of supervised fieldwork. Through their expertise, the IBT® aims to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with special needs, empowering them to reach their full potential and improve their quality of life.

Minimum Intermediate Education
40-Hour Coursework through an Approved Content Provider
300-Hours of Supervised Fieldwork Practice under a qualified Supervisor
4 CEUs (Continuing Education Units)
Pass 2 Candidate Skill Testings

IBT® Training
Our popular IBT® detailed training program is designed as a stand alone course to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the core concepts of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Whether you are new to the field or a seasoned allied health practitionar looking to enhance your existing knowledge, our program is tailored to meet your needs. With convenient online access, you can learn at your own pace and from the comfort of your own home. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each module, ensuring that you grasp the fundamental principles of ABA. Certificate of completion is issued at the end of 40 hours training program.

IBT® Supervision
Supervision sessions start right after the basic 40 hours training completion. It allows you to apply your knowledge and gain practical experience in working with clients. Our supervision sessions are conducted online, with weekly meetings to discuss your progress. During these meetings, you will receive valuable feedback and have the opportunity for a video review of your work. Our supervisors will provide supervision at the rate of atleast 1 hour for every 30 hours of practice. This also includes 2 Candidate Skill Testing (CSTs) to ensure competency. To become eligible for supervision, you must find some clients to work and deliver ABA services one on one. We prioritize a limited number of students on a first come first serve basis, ensuring that each student receives personalized attention and guidance. With our supervision, you can confidently apply your concepts and develop your skills in a supportive and interactive environment.
