Our mission is to promote ethical practices, compassion, humility, and cultural responsiveness in Applied Behavior Analysis. We strive to make a positive impact globally by providing low-cost IBA and IBT online trainings to individuals who are passionate about this field. Additionally, we offer CEU short courses to enhance professional development and knowledge. We understand the importance of mentorship and supervision in the growth of candidates, and hence, provide mentoring and supervision opportunities. We have conducted numerous workshops and seminars for empoweing parents of special needs children and professionals alike. Our services extend beyond individuals as we also provide consultation to schools, firms, and parents, ensuring that everyone involved in the process is well-equipped and supported. Through our efforts, we aim to elevate people and contribute to the overall betterment of society.

About Us

CEO/ Program Director

Ms. Alia Yasir is a highly experienced and dedicated Behavior Analyst, BCaBA and IBA, with a career spanning over 17 years. She is an Advisory Board Member of the IBAO (International Behavior Analysis Organization) and also a registered Coursework provider for the IBA® and IBT® certifications. She completed her extensive coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of West florida, USA in 2021. Her expertise are further solidified by her completion of trainings in Verbal behavior (VB), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), assessment tools and report generation.

Alia firmly believes in positive behavior support and the importance of providing compassionate care in direct therapy. Alia is one of the few internationally certified Behavior Analysts based in Pakistan, holding certifications from both the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and the International Behavior Analyst Organization (IBAO) and she actively trains and supervises candidates while advocating for the growth of evidence-based methods in behavior therapy. Additionally, Alia has conducted numerous workshops and seminars to provide support and guidance to parents and professionals.

Ms. Asma Ayaz is a highly skilled Early Years Practitioner with extensive experience in Dubai, UAE. She is a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (MA, ABA) from Mary Baldwin University, USA. Her career is marked by a deep commitment to supporting children in reaching their developmental milestones through the use of evidence-based behavioral interventions

Asma is passionate about implementing positive behavior support strategies to create meaningful and lasting improvements in the lives of children and their families. Her dedication to compassionate care and data-driven approaches drives her continued growth in the field of behavior analysis.

Asma plays a crucial role in providing guidance to our IBA coursework students. She diligently creates and checks assignments, ensuring that each student comprehends their tasks and remains on track. Her guidance is instrumental in helping them navigate their projects and quizzes, offering tailored assistance that caters to their individual strengths and challenges.

Meet Our Team

Ms. Sarah Israr is a dedicated clinical psychologist, community-based protection counselor, and speech-language therapist with a strong commitment to helping those in need. She has a great passion for supporting children with developmental challenges and is a great advocate of their mental well- being. She has gained valuable experience working with autistic children of 0-7 years of age.

Currently, she serves as a community-based protection counselor with SHARP UNHCR, where she assists Afghan refugees in navigating their unique challenges. This role has deepened her understanding of the psychological and emotional needs of vulnerable populations.

She holds an MS Degree in Clinical Psychology and have completed her coursework of intense training in ABA (IBA). Her goal is to continue advancing her expertise in Clinical Psychology and Speech Therapy, as she believes in the transformative power of effective communication and mental health support. She is passionate about her career and committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities.

With a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the International Islamic University Islamabad, Abdullah Hassan Pasha has dedicated his career to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2019. As a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since December 2020, he has honed his skills in the field by completing his IBA coursework in 2023. Abdullah is proud to be an IBAO approved IBT/IBA supervisor, sharing his knowledge and expertise with others. Additionally, he serve as a visiting lecturer at Bahria University Islamabad, where he inspires future professionals in the field. His strong passion for ABA drives him to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special needs.

Abdullah plays a vital part-time role as an IBAO supervisor with Behavioral Support for Exceptional Needs. His commitment to fostering a positive learning environment is evident in his dedication to developing strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) concepts and skills among his students. Through his guidance, he helps them understand and apply these principles effectively, enabling them to navigate their unique challenges. Abdullah’s innovative approach and personalized support not only enhance the learning experience for each student but also empower them to achieve their full potential. His passion for education and genuine care for his students make him an invaluable asset of our team.
